Can I extend the duration of my course?

Yes, you can find a 3 month course extension here

How can I cancel my enrolment?

You have a 14 day cooling off period to get a full refund. Just fill in the form on this page and fill in the form

Can I study multiple courses at the same time?

Absolutely! There is no limit to how many courses you can study at the same time, our courses are designed to run in your free time and at your own pace.

How do I update my account information on Totara?

Students need to contact Student services for any detail changes to be made and updated at studentservices@thecareeraademy.com

How do I access the e-library and other resources?

Students are automatically enrolled into the e-Library 3 business days after their enrolment. The link is located on their main dashboard under TCA102 The Career Academy e-Library. Alternatively, they will be able to log in via “Required Reading” within certain modules of their course.

What is the process for submitting assignments?

Students are able to submit their assignment via their learning platform as they go through each module. Once each one is graded by a tutor, you will receive a notification of your feedback.
