Application for Enrolment
A binding agreement shall arise between you and The Career Academy International Limited, which shall be governed by the laws of Ireland, when you accept the Terms and Conditions by completing the online application and enrolment process (ie. sign the Student Policy). The name that will appear on your invoice will be The Career Academy International Limited.
Course Material
You will receive your welcome email and online Totara login details to access your course content immediately
Refund Policy - What happens if I want to cancel?
Your enrolment date starts on the date the course login email, also known as the welcome email, is sent. This email is used for the purposes of cancellations, deferrals, course extensions and refunds and will serve as your acceptance of The Career Academy Student Policy Terms and Conditions. Students are encouraged to read the Career Academy Student Policy online to ensure that they are aware of their rights and responsibilities as a student with the Academy. If a student wishes to cancel their enrolment they must submit a cancellation request using the online form HERE.
Notification of your cancellation request will not be processed if submitted via phone, text or email. Cancellation forms submitted within your 14 day cancellation period (beginning from your welcome email being sent out), will be entitled to a full money back guarantee!
Refunds will only be processed on the 20th of the month. Cancellation forms received outside of your cancellation period will be liable for full course fee's.

Billing or purchase information
We collect your personal information in order to enrol you in our courses.
Besides our staff, we share this information with our associated agencies as required to process student memberships and debt collection agencies should the need arise.
We keep your information safe by storing it securely and only allowing appropriately trained staff and relevant government authorities to access it.
You have the right to ask for a copy of any personal information we hold about you, and to ask for it to be corrected if you think it is wrong. If you’d like to ask for a copy of your information, or to have it corrected, please contact us at support@thecareeracademy.com.
You will receive a complementary phone consultation with a course adviser when you request an Information Pack. You will also be automatically added to our eNews database if you make an enquiry with TCA. Please advise our team if you do not want to receive updates from The Career Academy via info@thecareeracademy.com.
The Career Academy really appreciates the feedback that you provide on completion of your course and uses this for course improvement and marketing purposes. Please let our team know if you would prefer that we did not use your feedback for marketing purposes via info@thecareeracademy.com.

TCA courses are registered with the International Approval and Registration Centre as a Professional Development Course. The assessment and registration process is conducted entirely by TCA and subsequently verified by the Centre. Further, TCA courses are accredited activities by the CPD Standards Office meaning students gain CPD credits/points on completion.
