Terms & Conditions
- Trial Period: Unlimited Learning includes an 8 day trial period beginning when payment is accepted for a The Career Academy learning product. You will not be charged until after this period.
- Cancellation: You may cancel at any time by using this form. You will not be charged if you cancel within the 8 day trial period. Refunds will not be provided for prior charges related to the Unlimited Learning Subscription. In the event you are charged automatically after a cancellation request has been sent by you, a refund for those charges may be provided.
- Usage: By using the product you agree to abide by all relevant existing Terms and Conditions offered by both The Career Academy and GO1. Access to the Learning Platform will be provided within two working days from payment acceptance. In the event of any violation by you of these conditions, the Learning Platform’s terms & conditions, attempts at circumventing the intended use of the Learning Platform, or any reason deemed appropriate by The Career Academy staff we reserve the right to terminate your access to Unlimited Learning & cancel your access without refund.
